How to Drive Membership Engagement through Digital Channels
In an age where 4+ generations are now collaborating in the workforce (and within your association) how are you managing engagement of your members through your digital marketing efforts? In addition, what pieces of information could you give out for “free” versus a members-only benefit? This session will walk you through best practices in digital marketing, including how to engage members at all levels, a look at the different generations and how they use digital channels to gain insight into your organization, and best practices for keeping up with digital in addition to all the other tasks you’re charged with.
Participants will walk away with tools to:
- Gain insight into generations differences in digital media—what to use, how to use, who is using, and where your association can build
- Build a successful digital content strategy—templates for content calendars, organic vs. paid content strategies, and apps to help with time management
- Create content that resonates with your audience—content ideas, templates, types of contents for each member type and/or generation
- Prove ROI to your leaderships—what to track, how to track, and templates/dashboards for proving success
