The post-COVID marketing industry: Overworked and under-resourced
The year was 2020 and marketing professionals were largely underutilized because most companies were cutting their marketing budgets or laying off team members. Fast-forward to now and many in the MarComm industry are feeling overwhelmed in the amount of work and results that are being required. Let’s talk about realistic expectations, how to approach workload (more is always better) and best practices for staying productive without losing our ‘why’.
In her presentation, Melissa will cover what our industry can expect in the coming years and how we can prepare for the best (and the worst) to come.
