Business round-table discussion and afternoon workshop
Melissa Harrison, a previous Enterprising Woman of the Year Award winner, will facilitate a business round-table discussion focused on communication tactics across all generations as part of the 22nd Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration & Conference.
Melissa will also lead a breakout workshop to walk participants through digital marketing strategies and best practices for business growth.

With a solid background in content production and publication management, her niche is in omnichannel marketing and comprehensive content strategy development. Melissa leads marketing strategies for brands across the globe through creation, curation, content execution and metrics analysis. Melissa is a 2023 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award recipient and named a Notable Marketing Leader by Twin Cities Business. Melissa’s notable clients of record include 3M Littmann Stethoscopes, Capella University, Endeavor Air, Lifetouch, Minnesota State Bar Association, Optum/UnitedHealth, SPR Therapeutics, University of Minnesota School of Public Health and YMCA. In addition to leading Allee Creative, she is a mother of four, an active volunteer in her community and a lover of books.
