Melissa Harrison, founder and CEO of Allee Creative, defines content marketing as “the creation of relevant content that provides value to your audience by engaging them, providing answers to their pain points and, ultimately, driving action.” Gone are the days of blind message dissemination, she says. Content marketing is about authentic, intentional, two-way communication. And in her opinion, content marketing is just straight-up marketing.
